1955 WASHINGTON QUARTER DDO-003?

I am looking at a very nice 1955 Washington Quarter and I see extra thickness in 'IGWT' and the 'R' in 'LIBERTY'. The pics look similar to DDO-003 on VV. Thoughts or comments?

I can't tell. This is where markers would be ideal for helping to make a decision. Proof coins usually have thicker devices to start with because they are struck more than once. It is cases like this one where a side by side comparison with a known variety would help.

Hello Bob, Thanks for the consideration. I have prepared some comparisons for you to view. The subject coin is above the coin pics from VV. On the entire 'IGWT' the subject coin is in the center and above and below are sample coins from the PCGS website. Not sure whether this helps or hurts!

I detect what I think is some class VI extra thickness, but I also see machine doubling. I cannot make the call from the photos. This s one where when we open up that section of the CML (quarters) I think this has to be sent in to make the call.
