1963 FRANKLIN HALF DDR-012?

I am looking at a 1963 Franklin Half in an ANACS Holder simply marked "PROOF DBL DIE REV". I have narrowed the choices down to DDR-012. The Doubling on the Dots in 'EPU' are similar to pics on VV. The 'P' in 'E P U' has a similar vertical line in the upright. There is a split in the lower portion of the last 'A' in 'A M E R I C A' similar to the pic on VV. The subject coin also has the 'Stage A' Die Marker of a Die Gouge (Dot) on the obverse rim below 'G' in 'G O D'. Thoughts or comments?

I am a little confused. I see only one variety listed on VV for 1963D DDR. You are saying this is DDR-012? I am missing something...
