CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    1939 P LWC doubled eyelid paired with a DDR

    Not sure if I am posting in the correct forum but here is a 1939 P LWC with a doubled eyelid paired with a DDR. I have not been able to match this coin on VARIETY VISTA.

    It does appear to be a doubled die. When Lincoln cent attributions are open, you need to contact whoever is the attributor to see if he/she wishes to add this to the files.

      Yes sir, I sure will and Thank you. I didn’t see a DDO and DDR combo listed for a 1939 P LWC. I hope this will be the first.
