  • RPM possibility?

Something looks unusual on this mint mark so I thought I would ask. I can imagine the "D" shifted SE and the arrows are pointing to the shifted parts. Perhaps I am being too imaginative tonight. The closest listed RPM is 007 but the line on my coin seems a bit high for a match. Your comments appreciated.

It looks like an RPM to me. I'd help you research it if you post up photos of both sides of the coin.

Morning Ron, The problem I see from your photo is it appears the "E" of FIVE is shifted in the same direction. Also because of the condition of the coin i'm not quite sure that is a serif under the primary serif. My guess is this is Die Deterioration doubling. Sorry.
