This coin has an unknown error on the front in the field. This is from uncirculated rolls.
Edit: Added more pictures to display that the metal on the coin is raised and not flat.

It looks like it was exposed to some sort of skidding. The obverse was face down more than likely.
It may have been on a cement or tile floor, got wedged between the floor and a wheel of a chair or something like that and skidded a short distance.
Possibilities are endless. I don't see this as an error, to me it looks more like damage.

Remember that rolling machines are also responsible for a lot of anomalies like this. They can make some coins in an uncirculated roll look like crap at times.
