Looks like the VV DDO-015 (http://www.varietyvista.com/12%20Ken...964DDDO015.htm). The die gouge in the mint-mark and the die abrasions seem to match up. -

Your Half Dollar is the CONECA listed 64D DDO-015, however almost all of the doubling on the DDO-015 and the photos of your half are from a Master Die, CONECA listed MDO-002. In order to confirm the DDO-015 in my collection I use the listed marker of the two die scratches North-South through S in trust. You can see the die scratches on my DDO-015...scratches around the first T and the R of TRUST match my DDO-015 and your photos. I think this should help to confirm yours. I believe the 64D DDO-015 is a fairly minor DDO compared to other listings in the 64D series.
