1970-D Rockwell Test Marks??

Hello, I have this coin that I suspect may have Rockwell Test marks. I read the article here and am surprised I am just now learning about this. Have a look and tell me what you think. If you confirm what should I do with it? How rare are these and do the rest marks add desirability or additional value? The coin is in terrible shape. E692D777-39B4-491B-A7DF-F917C03A8127.jpeg Blue arrows are suspected test marks while the yellow are just attributing the RPM and DDO on the coin. Thank you!

IMHO, there would be no way to attribute Rockwell test marks on a coin this circulated. The test marks are extremely rare and it's very hard to attribute them on an undamaged coin. The test marks would have to meet certain benchmarks and criteria.

I see. Ok that’s good to know. I never even knew to look for them until now. Let me ask you, do they appear on certain dates only or any cent is a possibility? Also are there certain dates more likely to be found with the test marks? Thanks!

Any dates and denominations could be a possibility as far as I know.

And just so you know, the tests can be performed on coins or dies.
