I do not believe it is, BUT, others will chime in.
The only remotely possibility would be RPM 002, but the inner part of the "D" is way off.

Man I hate to say this but there is not enough left to be sure if it was or wasn't, Circulated coins are tough to verify unless they are a higher grade.
I kind of agree with Gary on this one. There's just not enough there or left to prove if it was an RPM. Sorry EricComment
