1874 Seated Liberty Dime W/Arrows - F-103 RPD?

Here's one for you. This is a well worn Seated Liberty Dime. I picked it up for super cheap. This is the first Seated Liberty dime I've owned as I decided to look at it closer. I dunno if I'm just being wishful here. But it does look like it may have a repunched date. It looks like it would be F-103 if it does match. But being so worn its really hard to tell for sure. There is something extra below the 4 in the date. It could just be damage, but it does look like more than just damage.

It looks like FS-103, should have some hint of RPD on all numbers. I understand that this is an extremely used coin, but there may be a hint of something
on the other digits.

Also, it looks like the 4 weaker punching starts at the left side, and travels almost to the other end... your coin does not seem to go that far.

What about the arrows? Are they orientated the same as the NGC example? And there are supposedly "die defects" near her neck. Again, obviously worn coin, but any hints?

The top of the first "S" in "STATES" and the top of the "O" in "OF" should be broken. I don't know if there is enough of the letters to check that also.

Thanks for the help! Yes it is one of those cases where it may be to worn to tell. I can't find many of the diagnostic points. The arrows do seem to match the pointed directions. And I took some time to make an overlay of the area. The 7 in the date does seem a little elongated. The under side of the 4 does seem to match very well. And playing with the opacity of the overlay it does seem to match up. But because of the wear I can't tell for sure. Here is a link to a video of me changing the opacity if it helps.

I just found it interesting. As I get coins in hand I do try to study them and get a feel for them in any state. Doing so does seem to help me out learning about coins better than just in pictures.

I can see what you are trying to get at. However, the coin's condition does make it prohibitive to identifying it as the RPD. I can't tell what it is under the 4, but the more I look at it, the more I am thinking it is damage
