    1974-S proof Eisenhower , DDR-001 ?

If this isn't die #1 it is blessed close http://varietyvista.com/13%20Eisenho...974SDDR001.htm . Slight differences could be from a later die state or possibly evidence of master die doubling as die #1 is listed as being used on 40% silver planchets and this coin is in a clad set.
Should this coin be attributed ?

It can not be DDR-001 if it is clad. It is indeed very similar, and it would require an attributer to agree to list it under a different number. It is there but I can not make out too much doubling at all on any outer devices...even on the VV photos. I can see some on the inner design elements. I would probably say it is too minor to list, but then again, I don't deal with this denomination. Master die doubling is definitely a consideration though. I have never studied these, so I don't know. Anyone else?

Interesting coin. I do see doubling, but I am not familiar enough to state if it is die or hub. You might want to run this by the Ike Group too and see what they have to say. https://www.ikegroup.info/
