I've had this since I first started collecting coins about a year and a half lol, anyway it looks like it has some MD and some normal DB your opinions are welcome. Thanks

I can certainly see what you are referring to. Proof coins are struck at least twice, and I think the doubling you are seeing is a result of that. So yes, it would be MD.

Like Bob has said, it's a normal thing in most cases for proofs
If the coin shifts ever so slightly during the strikes, there might be a slight separation in between each stike, but normally nothing major.

I do not see any split serifs, or classic cookie cutter lines.
Doubled dies should be wider, even a sliver is better than nothing.
