1965 SMS Kennedy I'm not for sure what to call it

I have this 1965 Kennedy i just looked at and I'm not sure where to place the error on the coin. If you look at the E,R,and maybe the I there're miss placed. I have a hard time taking full pictures of the coin due to the kind of scope I have sooo yeah. Thanks.

It is impossible that they would be misplaced. Could you please tell me why you think those letters are not where they are supposed to be?

In my opinion, it is probably over polished. Nothing significant to worry about.

I agree. It is polishing (abrading) issue. Nothing is misplaced here.
