CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    I figured I'd share this here. This was recently attributed as WDDR-001 by Wexler. I was looking at 2021-P Quarters and found one. Here are pictures of the one I found. The doubling in under the arm on the reverse.

    I'd imagine that this might be a pronounced sword handle, but OK, maybe not.

      This is a doubled die. The link below shows the official US Mint image. You can zoom in on the area of the cuff and sword if need be.

        How do you know this was recently attributed by Wexler? I am asking because I sent one like that to him a long time ago but have yet to receive a response.

          Someone shared it online with a copy of the letter. I saw it on a YouTube stream by the "LiveCoin Q&A" group. The submitter's name was Scott, but that is all I know. I'm sure it will be listed when Mr. Wexler gets his site updated. But that may take some time.

          I can track down the video and link it here if you wish.
