This was in a "Fun Roll" from EScottcoins.com. It has a few condition issues but I have yet to come across one of these so it's a keeper till something better comes along.
1983 P WDDO-001, DDO-001, 1DO-001, FS101
Because of the lack of a die break at the bottom left corner of the building, this appears to be MDS, Stage B. There are quite a bit of die flow lines around the perimeter.
Also, when editing the images I thought I noticed a die crack going from his hair to the left side of the W (WE). After carefully looking with the loop, it seems it is just an unfortunate stain causing the illusion.
