They are not separation lines. 1960 was one of the worst for Lincoln Cents, hence the Large Date and Small dates. Your coin is a small date, and most all are just terrible. these are issues with the two different hubs being used. This link shows a lot of the issues associated with 1960 coins (especially small dates). Have a look at it:

Thank you Bob. I’ll take a look and read it. Quick question, I emailed Jason a week ago about sending home this Maya A. Quarter with the new Doubled earring and I’ve heard nothing. Crickets. What should I do? I understand he is a busy man but at least a quick acknowledgement from him would be nice. Show I send it to Dr. W. instead? He did the attribution and numerical assignment for the first one. I can’t send it to Wexler, he’s got five of mine already. Let me know what you think . Thanks.

I am at the point now where I will just have to not suggest attributers and/or examiners for any coins. I can't make them answer you, and I have been kept in the dark like everyone else here. This is going on for 2 years now. The only thing I can suggest is to be a pain in the ass until they get back to you. Sending it to Dr. Wiles is up to you, but he does NOT attribute for Variety Vista. I am sorry Don, but I am at a point now where the lack of attention by CONECA may lead me to leave the club myself. I am tired of making excuses for them , and I have better things to do with my time. Sorry.Bob Piazza

Talk about a bad week, besides trying to deal with the site and attribution stuff, I tested positive for Covid again yesterday. If I am not on as often as I used to, please be patient while I figure all this out.Bob Piazza

Oh goodness. Bob I hope you get to feeling better quickly! I wouldn’t wish that mess on anyone. And this is your second time? I’m sorry to hear that. Thank you for giving me a heads up. I do prefer working with you because of your background, knowledge and reputation but get yourself better! You’ve had quite a week! Take care…Don
