Extra thickness is not always an indicator of a doubled die. The most common cause of extra thickness is die wear.
If you read the definition of a Class 6 doubled die, it does have extra thickness, but also some distention or twisting of the letters in places. For light extra thickness, this is very subtle. If I were trying to attribute your coin, I would not call it a doubled die.Bob Piazza
