I am going to say not RPM-020 the MM positioning on your cent does not match location for the RPM-020. Your cent shows the MM more to the east than the 020. Also looks like yours is just damage or circulation damage. The first thing when trying to attribute a RPM is MM location. -
With the amount of missing detail on the bottom of the 9 and the 5 I tried to use the full coin for visual comparison. I did not use a template, but it appeared to me to be very close to the 020. It was the photo in VV that I made my assumption on. It looks almost identical, even the small crack/scratch by the bottom southwest corner. But, it is what it is.
