CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

I am going to say not RPM-020 the MM positioning on your cent does not match location for the RPM-020. Your cent shows the MM more to the east than the 020. Also looks like yours is just damage or circulation damage. The first thing when trying to attribute a RPM is MM location.

With the amount of missing detail on the bottom of the 9 and the 5 I tried to use the full coin for visual comparison. I did not use a template, but it appeared to me to be very close to the 020. It was the photo in VV that I made my assumption on. It looks almost identical, even the small crack/scratch by the bottom southwest corner. But, it is what it is. Thanks for your opinion.
