Was hoping someone could help me with this penny, looks like actual doubling but still learning. Any help would be much appreciated.

That is machine doubling (MD). It is a pretty classic example.

I agree with Bob. I always look to one on the major Lincoln cent websites to make sure.
Its a good practice to do, you will gain more confidence in your calls when you can back them up with known, good website info. I highly recommend bookmarking these websites.
