This is what Rick Snow wrote about the 1908 RPD/MPD....
S12 1908, 19/19 (s), MPD. Obv. 14: (B) Strong repunching visible at the base of the 1.
Moderate repunching at the base of the 9.
Two small die lines, that may be digits in the denticles visible below and to the right of the 0.
Rev. N: Right shield point and olive leaf connected to the denticles.
Left shield point not connected to denticles.

What is classified as a misplaced digit is really just die lines. {64RD, 64RB}
