Found this while roll searching. Looked it up on VarityVista.com, Doubleddie.com (Wexler's), and Briansvarietycoins.com and this RPM is not attributed. I would just want to reassure that this is a RPM. I have included a zoomed out photo to show that the surrounding features do not show the same doubling as if it were strike doubled. The coin has definitely seen better days as it is quite worn down on both sides. If different pictures are needed, please let me know.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors.
