Found this coin @ a flea market in Murphy North Carolina a while back I believe for 2 bucks and just getting around to going through quite a few I purchased and believe this to be one of the “Cheerios Dollars” and was looking for confirmation/opinions. It is quite worn, but with that said it is completely different than any other SAC Dollar I own and the tail feathers and the rest of the features appear to be much more detailed. Thanks in advance.

To me it looks like you definitely need a better camera because honestly I can't tell what I'm looking at , it's too blurry.

when you look at the tailfeathers, there is no mistaking the regular vs pattern reverse. the extra detail/lines are just too obvious. there are other diagnostics but the tailfeathers leave no doubt.
also, the odds of finding one is astronomically high since so many people are looking and so few were seem to have been made. fwiw

Ronald gave you good information and left it up to you further your knowledge by finding the NGC site.
Your coin isn't a "Cheerios Dollar".
Here is a clear closeup of one from the internet.
