So i saw one of these at c community and he said it was grease john 1. Is it not a die clash though? I feel suspicious of the c community website. I think it a polished clash ..

looks like a grease struck-through to me.VERY common on statehood quarters and there are some really nice ones out there.

Struck through grease usually leaves a less distinct or missing design element. I see a disscoloration at 4 O'Clock to 7 O'Clock on the OBV but I don't see any weak design elements. The only other thing I see is the REV date and EST or Esto appear to have Machine Damage Doubling in the very last photo. To me it appears to be a normal worn quarter.

it is for sure struck-through grease both obv and rev. very common on statehood quarters and i have a bunch of em around here.

it is front of the birds breast and georgies face. common placment.

i'm still wondering where the clash is.
