Split Serifs on a Lincoln Cent

That photo isnt clear enough to see if it is simply mechanical doubling ( worthless doubling) or a minor ddo.
The photo is not cropped, which removes all the unnecessary background, making the coin stand out and not the background.
This is what a doubled die reverse MIGHT look like. Not all look like this. It shows split serifs/notching on the tops of the letters.
The top of the "C" in CENT is probably the best example of what the doubling might look like, generically. BUT, with no know examples at variety vista - a site that CONECA uses a lot, the odds of this being a doubled die is slim.

Morning Chad,
I'm also having alot of problems with this one. The photo's need to be taken in Fine not Normal on your camera.
TE of United to me looks like MD or Mechanical Doubling. Then the photo of EC of One Cent I may see serifs on the lower bars of the "E" and the lower "C" at the tips of the letters.
That photo is just not clear enouph. That is probably also the reason why there hasn't been an answer posted.
Hope this helps,
Eric
