I do believe this is RPM 24. with so many 1960 D rpms we would need close clear pics of the areas of the PUP/die markers. es of states and the bust on the obverse. and the left side of the memorial building to know for sure.

Evening, What I do first. PUPs. Looks like you have serifs and an East, that should narrow down to a hand full, The primary mintmark is low in the field but notice it - the mintmark points towards the 9 of the date. when I look at Dr. Wiles photo's of his RPM#24 it - the primary mintmark points in the opposite direction, but the coin - date / mintmark relation is not horizontal. in other words his date 1960 is not horizontal, its about 11:30 - so to photograph he did not shoot the coin horizontally. To rule out RPM#24 for sure you need to do an overlay. To be honest, i'm not sure that one is listed, I cannot determine without the coin in hand. Plus the condition of the coin would need marker's. Marker's would make or break me in sending it in, if it were mine.
