Evening Jeff,
The photo's aren't bad. Let me give you an example of RPM#13. This is what we need for date/mintmark relation. and marker's help also for die state. 1960-D-RPM#13C-UNCBN-M.M.jpg
Notice the photo above is horizontal - I.E. the 1 and the 0 line up horizontally? this makes the relationship between the mintmark and the date easier to identify. The upper serif is slightly above the tail of the 9 and the verticle shaft of the mintmark points towards the 6 of the date.

Jeff, I'm sorry you took my response wrong. Yes the coin above is #13 - that is why I posted a photo of one of mine.
I messed you up because I was also refering to your other post. Showing you how a photo should be taken for a proper diagnosis of the RPM.
I'm sorry I confused you.
