CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

I am fairly certain there is damage from a coin counter on the obverse of this 2021 Virgin Islands Quarter. However, on the reverse I believe there's some doubling on most of the design elements. Also, the brush continues on past the rim. I am fairly new to this. I would appreciate any feedback or advice.

You are correct about the coin counter damage. The reverse anomalies can also be partially blamed on the counter as it appears to have scraped some design elements. There may also be a bit of MD on the reverse as well. Nothing that I can see looks like a hubbing issue.
