CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    Did you attempt to find any markers? Remember that you have the coin in hand. and we have to go by what you provide us with. In some years, there are numerous similar dies, so it is difficult at best to give a proper attribution.

      I would say yes, its a DDO, but no telling what one by just that picture alone. Like Bob said, try to match up some markers. Have a picture of IGWT? If its 005 then that will be doubled too. With gouges below GOD
