CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

check the position of the mm to the date. i don't see any rpm in your image but there are a lot of minor ones. just a process of elimination (if yours is an rpm).

in my opinion, it kinda looks like a minor split lower serif. With the way it is slightly rotated, one would think it would be an easy match at https://coppercoins.com . Not so.... A few are close, but no cigar.
