1998 1oz Mexico Libertad New Discoveries???

I believe I have found a multitude of new discoveries on a 1998 1 onza Mexico Libertad. I would really appreciate Veteran eyes on it as I hope a possible Attribution.
The coins obverse has what appears as a die crack on top of the eagles scull and at the bottom left hand of the banner under the cactus. On the obverse as as well there looks like doubling on the UNITED ESTADOS MEXICANOS? but I have nothing to reference it to so really not sure. On the reverse over the left breast that looks like a die break shaped like a crescent radial scar or the symbol on the Russian flag. This looks to extend over the bust to the left upper arm. I appreciate all feedback and any input on how to get this attributed if actual errors and if possible. Thanks all!

It is difficult to call any coin with small die cracks as a new discovery. They will not get attributed here, but the ones you mentioned are pretty noticeable. People just use the cracks as markers for doubled dies or other varieties. As far as the doubling you reference, I am not seeing the notching one would want to see to verify hub doubling. It looks like this may in fact be Machine Doubling but I will wait for others to render an opinion.

Yes, I understand what your saying about this. I had believed having a rare coin with something unique well pronounced would get attribution but these particular differences on this coin are like landmarks for further down the line errors or varieties that get attributed and are themselves not what gets it. Again definitely appreciate the look over.
