The monetary system in Belgium was Franc in 1942 it is now Euro. Your coin is a 1 Franc KM 127. The monetary system for cents, nickels & quarters is the dollar. So, the answer is something else “1 Franc”.

JC,
The website https://numista.com is a great resource for foreign coins. When you land on the webpage, choose the coin link. From there, pick your country. Once you are in the country area, the search query is pretty helpful. I can find most things there by a search, minus gram weight.
I use this site a lot to do attribution on potential struck on wrong (foreign) planchet errors.
