If trying to take photos with a cell phone, I recommend using a box that's about 8x8x8 inches...

Here is a link that lists the specs for a 1942 Two Shilling coin from Great Britain. They show the weight as 11.3104 grams. Yours has definitely been tampered with, especially if it is showing only 7.57g.
