That one is very intreging. When I find odities that are un reported, I usually let them sit and look for another verification copy. If you find one in your area - that one made it out of a roll, there must be others. I know the first question that will be asked: How many do you have? the coin looks like it was taken from circulation, so probably need to see more copies to verify a variety. If you by chance find a few more in a BU roll then definately send them in!
