1944D 1C die break & strike thru
This APPEARS to be a ? strike thru from a piece of small metal a wire maybe? If it was cloth it would have left the material impression in it correct? As you can see it's not PMD because it's in high upper end mint state condition from being found in actual unc/unsearched roll that are still out there but getting more scarce by the day.
