Is the "T" a strike error from the single press hubbing working die or a form of plate splitting but without the normally seen line?

In my opinion, the coin with the questionable T in TRUST may be a die chip. It looks like it is raised onto the T itself. Is it raised?
If it looks peeled or flaky, it might be a lamination error.
It could be some metal debris that eventually was squeezed onto the coin and there it sits.
But, i am leaning towards a die chip or crack. The photo with the red line of the upside down T, it almost looks like there is a line from the left side of the T as you look at the photo towards the rim. Is there any indication of a crack heading towards the rim ?

It's raised like twice the height. I was leaning towards die chip but couldn't figure out how it got only on the top of a solid letter. It usually happens in a void like the B of LIBERTY or date or something accordingly.Comment
