The "D" in "VDB" is interesting with the upward leg. In my opinion, I cant zoom in close enough to determine if that line is raised or if the line is sunk into the coin. It simply gets too grainy/blurry.

If its raised, its either a die crack, or die gouge. If it is sunk into the coin, its some sort of scrape.

If it looks like a flake its a very minor lamination.
