In my opinion, it might recieve a lower grade . If the sleeve of plastic is off on that photo, it almost looks like there may be some residue on thecoin. It almost looks like contamination. I wanna say pvc but not sure if that phrase is correct. That very well may cause it to receive a details grade, if that is what it turns out to be. They might reach out to some people to see if they want to spend more cash to hopefully remove the PVC and if so, it might receive a straight grade. There is no way of knowing. One would have to been the individual that had the coin raw, looked at before and after to determine where along the chain of events it happened.
