I had a whole explaination written up on this and the forum - again timed out. This is really becoming a pain.
The die crack or lamination at approx 10 o'clock at the rim headed east towards lincolns tie I cannot give you a definative answer. Your photo's are PNG they need to be JPG so we can download and zoom the photo's ourselves if you cannot take close ups.
The bubbles are actually pitting from PMD that has been cleaned up at some time. That's basically a worn out penny.
The mint mark is a small "S" most of the verified RPM's for 1928 are large "S" varieties. Without a close up, we cannot tell you what you have.
