Odd 2026-P Dime

I have a new uncirculated 2026-P Dime and found these heavy, parallel concentric circles around the reverse. The design seems to sit "in" the pattern rather than the pattern on the design. They go almost all the way around and I am at a total loss as to what caused it. Also the mint mark appears off. If photos aren't clear enough I can attempt again. Thanks for any input.

I my opinion, its difficult to tell whats going on. In my signature block is a helpful post on taking photos. If we could get a full, clear obverse and reverse, it would help. If it is possible to take the photos in daylight style lighting that would make is easier. Not too much light, or the glare will bite back.

In my opinion, it kind of looks like a coint cointing machine damage. If the halo stylering goes all the way around the coin and it cuts into the letters, that may be what it is.
