Sorry this is a late response, but none of the doubling you see is actual hub doubling. That is probably why you don't see it on CONECA, or anywhere else. All of this appears to be MD, or die deterioration at best.Leave a comment:

1989 P Roosevelt Dime DDR’s & DDO’s yet to be discovered!
My sincere respect and a warm hello to all the experts in the Coneca family. I hope all of you are enjoying the blessings of the Christmas holidays. Attached is my recently graded 1989 {P} Roosevelt Dime photo’s graded by PCGS with almost every single letter; and number on the obverse, and reverse has doubling on them, including the branches. I just thought would be great to pass on the information for the future reference, since these DDR’s, and DDO’s are not discovered yet by CONECA , and not mentioned anywhere else according to my personal research so far.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
