Lincoln penny extra coin

here is and image of a Lincoln penny. The penny has a very small coin pressed under one of the letter U. the coin has something its surface. not sure what it is yet but i will find a way.

What's the year of the coin? Post pictures of the entire coin, front and back then zoom in on the area in question.

The only thing I see is a BIE.

Due to the discoloring in the 'circle' I tend to think that this is a stain of some sort of liquid.

I agree, its weird, but a drop of dried liquid is the likely culprit. It's not a mint error. The photos are nice and I do not see any sort of collectible doubling.
