Hello! My name is Burgandy, I’m from Ohio and just began my coin adventure a few months ago. I am NOT a paying CONECA member, yet. I enjoy researching and learning new and exciting coins facts and varieties. My brain so far has not exploded from all the reading I have done trying to learn all about coins. I still have so many things to learn and hope not to annoy anyone with questions I might have. I enjoy finding the interesting to me coins the most. Not necessarily something valuable but ones I find to be unique and different, along with those interesting errors. Thank you for the access and look forward to learning from everyone here.

CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.
