CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

1984 p doubled die seems like ddo-006 to me

    1984 p doubled die seems like ddo-006 to me

    Ok i do not see any way on earth i could be wrong on this one being a doubled die i may be wrong on which number it is but i think i deff have a 1984 p doubled die 006 has a gigantic die crack coming out bottom right of memorial mine does also and there are splits visable on corners of some letters

    Your coin is not a doubled die. There is some die deterioration, but not much else that I can see. It is definitely not DDO-006 as the extra thickness associated with that doubled die is not visible on your coin.
