My introduction
Hey there all you wonderful coin folks! My name is Kayla, I am 37 year old from Oregon. I have only been into coins for a few months now but I absolutely love them! I really enjoy coin roll hunting. There is something wonderful about cracking open a roll and shifting through for all that it holds! I am not a member of CONECA yet but it sounds very interesting and I hope to be sometime soon! I can not wait to get to know some of your and check out all your wonderful finds! Happy hunting!Tags: None

If I may, let me add some information about some of the websites that are handy for coin self attribution.
www.doubleddie.com is a website that tailors toward re-punched mint marks (RPM's) and doubled dies (DDO's and DDR's)
www.variertyvista.com is a website that offers a pretty wide variety of doubled dies and RPM's. From Lincoln Cents to dollars, it has a pretty good selection of photos paired with the variety type. Simply pick the type of coin you want to self-attribute, and drill down to the specific area.
www.coppercoins.com has a database of copper based coins. All you need to do is go to the "die variety search" plug in the date you want to research at the top and choose whether it is a P, D or S mintmark. Hit go, and a pretty extensive list of possibilities will show.
Jason C. has a few websites in his signature block as well. All show great examples of what you may be looking for.
Coin collecting by the roll, whether by circulated or uncirculated means is like a small lottery, but almost free. One never knows what could be found within some of the rolls. Happy Hunting !Last edited by MintErrors; 04-18-2021, 09:33 AM.Gary Kozera
