  • 1999 Deleware State Quarter Missing Back??

I was looking at a roll of State Quarters and noticed that the back of the horse on this 1999 Deleware coin, the area by the riders hands is missing. I haved attached a "normal" coin pic and then a 2 pics of mine. Would this be considered a missing element? I have not seen this before on this coin...... has anyone else??

It could be die wear, abrasion, or struck through grease error. Either way, there would not be a premium associated with it.
