  • 1989 LIBERTY error?

I also found this 1989 cent and the word LIBERTY looks strange. I'm not sure if this exists normally in other coins. And the reverse has something going on with Lincoln in the center. Just learning and I don't know the lingo yet. Please review/advise, if any. Thanks!

Both the obverse and reverse anomalies you mention are the result of bad plating. Those are all gas bubbles with affect the way devices look.
