CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

    This 2.5g wheat penny seems to be on wrong planchet. It seems double denomination. There's foreign writing. Letters maybe images mixed with the 1955 design .Both obverse and reverse. It is not silver.

      Because it mainly looks like this coin has severe damage.

        This is a damaged coin.

        It probably is one of those Lincolns that wee altered in the 50s and early 60s to be the size and weight of a dime to be used in vending machines and parking meters.
