No doubt about the attribution. It is a great doubled die. As far as having it graded, the carbon spots could detract from the overall grade, but this is a tough call. What are your plans for it? Will you keep it or attempt to sell it?Bob Piazza

Thank you sir for taking time to answer my questions,
I don't think the spots are carbon, i think it's some sort of grime, a piece actually fell off as I was looking at it through the scope, and the area left behind was clean
as far as what I'm going to do with it, I'm not sure at this moment

If the grime is falling off, try giving it a bath in pure acetone. It will not harm the coin and in most cases, loosens grime and other contaminants. Do not rub the coin, but after soaking it, dab the spots with a Q-tip to see if it removes the contaminant.Bob Piazza
