CONECA (pronounced: CŌ´NECA) is a national numismatic organization devoted to the education of error and variety coin collectors. CONECA focuses on many error and variety specialties, including doubled dies, Repunched mintmarks, multiple errors, clips, double strikes, off-metals and off-centers—just to name a few. In addition to its website, CONECA publishes an educational journal, The Errorscope, which is printed and mailed to members bimonthly. CONECA offers a lending library, examination, listing and attribution services; it holds annual meetings at major conventions (referred to as Errorama) around the country.

CONECA was formed through a merger of CONE and NECA in early 1983. To learn more about the fascinating HISTORY OF THE ERROR HOBBY and THE HISTORY OF CONECA, we encourage you to visit us our main site Here

What do you guys think of this coin? I can find information on it but I don't know how it would grade.

The CONECA forum moderators frown on any questions regarding grading and value of a coin. I thought I would let you know this, since many will just ignore the thread. For pricing you can check the aution houses for the pricing of the coin and going one step further some will allow you to search for coins that actually sold and the going price.

On the reverse, at the bottom of the coin, it says "Souvenir" of Hawaii. This leads me to believe it may be a copy and not an original.

    This site shows an original:

By the way, Great photos !

We do frown on providing guesses on value and condition here. Subjective answers normally lead to disagreements that we would rather not have to deal with. Thanks for understanding.

This is just a souvenir that’s sold in shops there. Not the original coin. Its for tourists
