 There is simply too much lighting/glare on these photos. I highly recommend lowering the light down, a lot. You can use a sheer white cloth to reduce the light, layered until you find a happy medium.

 That's exactly why I underlined the word 'overall' in my reply. What part do you see as doubled? Does it add to the dimensions of the ear? Those are the type of questions that must be answered when you are evaluating things like this. Circulation hits can happen anywhere. Bag marks are also a possibility where there are 5000 of these in one bag. In a nutshell, this is not a doubled ear. Of that, I am 100% certain. I am sorry that is not what you want to hear.Bob Piazza
